MathJax

MathJax is a display engine for mathematics that renders beautiful equations in modern browsers and even Internet Explorer. Check this out: $$ p \left( x | \mu, \sigma \right) = \frac{1}{x \sigma \sqrt{2 \pi}} \exp{ \left[ -\frac{1}{2} \left( \frac{\log{x} - \mu}{\sigma} \right)^{2} \right] } $$ You can even do nice-looking inline equations like so, \( \sum_{i}{a_{i}} \ge \left( b + c \right) \), that don't mess up the line-height of the paragraph text. It even degrades nicely when you inevitably screw up the LaTeX (or MathML) syntax for an equation: $$ p \left( x | \mu, \sigma \right) = \frac{1}{x \sigma \sqrt{2 \pi}} \exp{ \left[ -\frac{1}{2} \lefty( \frac{\log{x} - \mu}{\sigma} \right)^{2} \right] } $$ On right click, you can even copy/paste the LaTeX markup directly into something else. Awesome!
