Wanted: Data scientist

We are looking for someone with 5+ years experience in analyzing massive data sets and is able to explain the most technical of details with ease. A data scientist is expected to be a specialist in data mining, information theory, or bioinformatics and has a strong background in programming, particularly Python. The ideal candidate is familiar with graphic design principles, agile development, web design using Django, and Javascript packages such as Raphaël or Protovis. Also, we value candidates who enjoy coffee, delicious food, losing bets to Dean and Mike, and weekends away from the computer.
